The IS0 accreditation is an audit for quality, environmental, health and safety, and information security. The ISOQAR is an accredited certification body, this work is regulated by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service - the sole national accreditation body recognised by government. The external audit looked at all aspects of our operations from quality, environmental, health and safety and information security. The audit took place in both of our manufacturing facilities, as well as installations on site and a thorough inspection of all of our job files from initial quotations through to after sales care. The continual external audit of our processes will constantly improve the efficiency of our internal quality systems and processes including the improved control of documents, records and information. Express Bi Folding Doors are members of Certass, the membership number of which is 002008. Certass which stands for certification and self assessment, was formed several years ago and was one of the original Quality Mark certification bodies. The Statutory Instrument for Certass approval was made on 9th March 2006 and was laid before Parliament on 15th March 2006. The approval came into force on 6th April 2006 and has now been published by HMSO as Statutory Instrument 2006 No. 652.
A percentage of our works are inspected by a Certass appointed inspector, to ensure we meet, maintain and surpass all standards and building regulations. Certass will inform local authorities of all completed registered installation and will issue a certificate to you informing of our compliance.

These turnaround times are applicable for doors powder coated to RAL 9010 gloss white, 9005 matt black and 7016 anthracite grey. Turnaround times for powder coated doors are slightly longer however for a small surcharge RAL coloured doors can be turned around and delivered in less than fifteen working days also.
